Happy Mindful Monday!

Today we continued learning about the 'Zones of Regulation'. We focused on the blue zone today. Ask your child what you might feel if you are in this zone (hint: sad, sick, lonely, bored). Students drew a visual in their journals to remind them of what the blue zone is all about. They also copied words and used the appropriate colour.

Miss Aebli's AM group went to gym. First we practiced throwing and catching, and then we tried to get our ball in the basketball hoops! It was tricky but we kept trying! Miss Schafer's AM group had centre time. The PM group had centre time as well as gym this afternoon.
