Tuesday, November 26th

Today we did NOT go to the Learning Commons to get a new book. Our librarian, Mrs. Johner asked that we hold off on getting a new book until after the Book Fair Sale. It will be set up in the Learning Commons next week for students to visit with their classes, and families can visit during parent-teacher conferences. We will choose our new books ASAP!

We had a special presentation from Ms. Erin and Ms. Kim. They are our school's occupational therapy and physiotherapy specialists. They talked to us about personal space and personal bubbles. Everyone has their own bubble where they feel comfortable and safe. If someone gets too close and bursts our bubble, we might use our body language or words to let them know we feel uncomfortable, and ask to "please give me space". We do not want to be "space invaders"!

Miss Schafer's AM group had music and gym this morning. Miss Aebli's group explored centres. The PM group also had centre time. We have a few new centres! Ask your child what they are.
