Happy Wednesday!

Today we listened to the story "Brown Bear Brown Bear, What Do You See?" and then talked about what we noticed in the story. Students noticed that the story "had the same words but with different animals" on each page. We talked about how when something happens again and again, or repeats, this is a pattern! We watched a video that helped us to identify and complete a variety of patterns. We learned that there are different kinds of patterns (shape, colour, etc).

Next we went on a pattern hunt, and looked for patterns in our classrooms! We found MANY! We learned that there are patterns all over our world. Check out some of the patterns we spotted!

Miss Aebli's group had music and gym this morning. Miss Schafer's AM group had centre time. The PM group had centres before going to gym.
