We worked on a new letter! We learned what sound the letter N makes and then brainstormed many words. Ask your child to tell you some of them! How many lines does an uppercase N have? What kind of lines are they?

Students practiced writing N in their journals. Then we learned that NATURE starts with the letter N! We had a conversation about nature, and what that means. We looked at pictures of things from nature and talked about what we saw. Students were asked to share what they think of when they think about "nature". Some of their responses are below! They then drew pictures of four things from nature in their visual journals.

- the leaves that fall down

- when its summer you can go places outside

- nature is everything that's beautiful

- the forests and trees and waterfalls

- flowers and trees

- going to the beach

- living animals like a moose, fox, bear

- caves and water

- going to the park

- everything in the forest

- rain

- bugs

Miss Aebli's class explored centres while Mrs. G's AM class went to gym! The PM group had music and then centre time.

Because the yearbook is an optional fee, the fee does not automatically appear in your MYCBE/PowerSchool account. 

You will find the fee under the Goods/Services tab, click on the tab and you will see two optional fees

Click on the fee you want, hit ok, the fee will then appear in your school fees, for online payment.
