Tuesday March 10th
All classes had an opportunity to exchange their library books today. Please remember that we go to the Learning Commons every Tuesday, and that each child needs to return their previous book before they can pick a new one.
Miss Aebli's class worked with Evergreen Theatre this morning (Mrs G's Evergreen Theatre artist was away sick today but she will be back tomorrow and the AM class will get an extra long session). We started learning our lines in the play! Students are already doing a great job of remembering their lines and actions. We can't wait to show you!
Mrs. G's AM finished learning about the defining physical features of a black bear! Ask you child to tell you about them. Mrs. G's class had music and gym today as well.
Miss Aebli's class also worked on labelling a black bear. Ask your child to tell you how the black bear and grizzly are different. Miss Aebli's group also had time to explore centres.
The PM group learned more about the black bear too. Later, they also had a special visit from Mrs. Melanie, our school's speech pathologist, who had a discussion about healthy communication and emotions. The PM group then had time to explore centres.

All conference bookings are done online via your MYCBE/PowerSchool account, the booking system opens on Friday 13th March at 6pm and closes on Wednesday 18th March at 11:30pm.
