Students had an opportunity to exchange their library books in the Learning Commons today.
Miss Aebli's class had their chat about BEARS today! We will be embarking on a bear study, learning about 3 different types. Ask your child what they are. First, students shared what they already know about bears. Then we read books about the black bear and the grizzly bear, and watched a video. Ask your child what they learned about these bears!
Next students shared what questions they still have about bears that we can investigate later.
Miss Aebli's class then had centre time! There are SIX new centres! Ask your child to tell you about them.
Mrs. G's AM and PM classes worked on labelling a grizzly bear! Ask your child to tell you about some of the words they learned and what defining features a grizzly bear has.
Mrs. G's AM group went to music and gym this morning. The PM group had another session with Evergreen Theatre! They have decided on the topic of their performance! Ask your child what it is.
REMINDERS:
This Friday is a PM day.
The PM class will be sharing their work with Evergreen Theatre and performing on Friday! Performances will begin at 10:15.
